Cuffing season is upon us and it’s time to get snuggly.
Prime brings you music, dancing, burlesque, woo, drinks and all around sexiness. As always, Prime is a party for queers over 30 and the people who love them!

QUEER PARTY AUGUST 17th!

PRIME, The Queer Party For Grown Folks returns!

This time we’re also fundraising for one of our elders, Miss Major!

So much is happening!

-Cutie and Miss LEZ contestant, DJ ANGEL BOI (Hot Rabbit, Submit) will be spinning!

-PRIME’s Own Miss LEZ contestant, Camille Atkinson (Saturn Returns, Empire Beats) will be giving us a sneak peak of her talent, pre-pageant! Not to be missed!

ALSO, we’re honored to be fundraising for Miss Major!
Miss Major and Jay Toole are having a building named after them! For reals!

The Sylvia Rivera Law Project will have an information table set up to collect donations to bring Miss Major and her care giver to NYC! Read the details below! Bring extra dollars to get Miss Major to NYC. At Prime, we respect our elders!

PRIME is always honored and excited to promote and create space for trans women, queers, qpoc and all who are part of our community as well as our allies.

Let’s all come together the way that we know how to honor one of our respected elders.

Help us bring the legendary Stonewall veteran, Miss Major to New York so we can name a 
building in her honor! In 2010, the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, Audre
Lorde Project, FIERCE, and Queers for
Economic Justice moved to a shared building at
147 W. 24th street, Manhattan, where we were later
joined by Streetwise and Safe – a project by andWe came together because we recognized the need to
expand our ability to provide crucial resources to
queer and trans people of color and low-income
people in New York City.Please help us raise enough funds to bring Miss Major and her personal care assistant
from San Francisco to New York. We absolutely cannot imagine hosting this ceremony (building naming)
without this Stonewall Veteran, our namesake present in person. This is a rare
opportunity to not only honor Miss Major’s legacy, but also to celebrate the radical work
of these organizations.

If you would like to donate something to be auctioned at the party to fund the cause, please contact me asap!
